I am sooo excited I have been offered a position on the Southeast Clown Association board (SECA) ! One of the clowns I have most admred in the group is retiring her position as Historian. Its been offered to ME!! WOW! What an offer its an amazing job to record the adventures of the clowns, organize the memory book competitions, and proctor the Bobby Williams award.
